Shipping Policy Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, a flat shipping rate will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee. International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website. Lost or Delayed Packages HeySolite is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier.
